Russian Driver: Yeah, it's early and the Sun was in the dude's eyes. His windscreen was probably a mess from spray and he couldn't see in front properly. Thus the "Aww fuck" look at the end.

In reference to "Russian Driver Thinking" I'd say it's morning rush. If you look at the shadow of the car the camera is in it's pretty long and pointed directly at the oncoming car. When the guy hits him the expression seems to be that of "Aww fuck" disbelief.
