Today I've been in a local "Fitness First" gym in Sydney. The temperature outside is currently around 27 degrees. When you enter the cardio section of the gym you get hit by a wall of ice cold wind. I've been on a treadmill for around 40min and I was sweating and freezing basically at the same time, so I looked up and noticed the fins right in front of the air conditioner were covered by tiny ice crystals - WTF?! I don't get it, why some stores/gyms set their ACs to such a low temperature...everybody I saw around me tried to use a treadmill right under the AC (it was blowing to the left and right) where you haven't felt the cold wind that much...I don't get it. I bet that our todays' model also spends a lot of time in freezing cold gyms. Take a look at Jessica White - she got a killer body:
