It's not always an easy decision. While in general I would def. prefer real boobs over fake ones, I have to say it's really up to the woman. Flash game - 3rd screen:
While you fall, you click on the ramp and you grab from it. Then you aim guard's head, choose pistol and kill him. Click on ur hand, you climb up and then click on guard's head again. You pick him up on your shoulders. Click on spikes in the middle of the screen. You throw him there. Then jump on him by clicking on his body. Then jump again on exit. It took me 4 attempts to figure it out
