...I know that you're probably not really interested in my physique, but I'm going to tell this anyway. I'm working out since almost 10 years, but not really "hardcore" some months I went to the gym only 1-3 times a week, I was just not losing any muscles, but def. not bulking up either. Since now around 5-6 months I started to take the whole thing a bit more serious, changed my eating habits (a bit) and went to the gym around 4-5 times a week. And now that the summer is just around the corner I can almost work as a model for these cheap and fake "get insane abs in 3 weeks" ads, which are currently all over the web ;) If you plan to get in shape before the summer, I'd suggest you hurry the fuck up!
