| I know PC users that use Linux and I know people that have Macs who run Linux (usually as a dual boot system, kind of a moot point IMHO since OS X can run most Linux apps through X11, with a recompile). So far Apple's only chosen to go with Intel, but there's nothing precluding them from using AMD. |

All modern macs now use intel core duos. the exact same ones as in modern PCs (except for the pro G5 towers, which will be updated soon)

I also know a lot of PC users that just love iTunes, so I'm not sure where you get this " Apple products are hard to use on Windows" nonsense.
If I'm defensive it's because I'm tired of having to defend myself from the whole senseless "Apple/Mac sucks" mentality which is usually based on myths and outright lies.
Apple makes great products which do many amazing things. They've won tons of awards and they've always been good enough for Microsoft to try and make a half-assed copy of their products.
Why was Vista pushed back again? So they can try and knock off features from Leopard when it's previewed at WWDC this August. Pathetic! |

Well good for you guys. Show me a Pee Cee that can run Mac OS X, Linux and Windows simultaneously, like today's Macs (and it's only going to get better with Leopard).
Why on earth would we be jealous that "Apple users hate how Microsoft programs can be used anywhere" when we have over 20,000 native OS X apps that are best of class in every imaginable category, not to mention the open source apps and linux apps that run through X11, as well as all your crappy Windoze apps that run through VPC/Paralells/Bootcamp.
How many BILLIONS of dollars did windows viruses (or virii, since I'm somehow ELITIST) cost the US economy last year? It's not Jobs who's doing the reaming. It's Gates and Balmer and you Windroids just keep cheering, don't you? You Windroids just love mediocre, bottom of the line CRAP don't you? |

Look...im sure cayne and i agree when i say that the only problem we have with Apple is that they have this gay inferiority complex with Microsoft.
