Hahah yeh those bait cars are awesome. Those dumb crack addicts always getting busted downtown. I live in Vancouver where it started. I think once the safe injection sites get more popular with the addicts then they wont need to steal the cars for there addiction. There isn't any other city in North America that gives crack to addicts to help them cut the habit! Thank god I live in Vancouver
