Uh yeah, no Haggly thus far, but that doesn't mean much. She is continuously spammed in BB and (sometimes, though rarely these days) in TOTW. Don't be surprised to see Haggly return next week. Moreover, voting in TOTW has been broken for several years -- "You've already voted" when I have not. I've simply stopped voting. Haggly needs to be gone and voting needs to be fixed.
