Yep, today I was running and tried a new record on the 10km distance. And I'm pretty happy with the time I did. You have to keep in mind that I started to run like 3 weeks ago. Usually I was just working out and do the weight-lifting thing. But I really need to lose some pounds and it goes faster when you do some endurance training. Maybe I'll have a sixpack by the next summer and Hayden Panettiere gonna take a at least a look at me. She's a cutie. I hope she won't become a slut like Lindsay Lohan:

After I spend the weekend in Nuremberg at a friends place, I'm back home and really tired. It was a fun trip, although two of the girls were a little bit sick.
