I really appreciate the recent shift that went trough the female fitness world. In the past girls usually only went to the gym to get a membership and talk about how they're a member and basically never work out. But in recent years the women finally understood that they won't look like Phil Heath (congratulations btw. to his 3rd Mr. O title) just because they lift a bit weight and that led to a massive increase in Fit Girls all over the internet and thanks to instagram and twitter we all can be a part of this nice part.
