7489 is stretching it. Tall could refer to a tall glass, which is frequently 12 oz (that's the size of a Starbucks Tall). Grande also means large in Italian, not just Spanish. Venti means twenty in Italian, yes; the cup is 20 oz. Apparently some Starbucks have a Trenta, which is 30 oz. Yeah, it's so arbitrary and stupid, but the translations are coherent with Italian.
I've also got to agree with Mr. Right MAIL. I only look at a few of them because I don't want to click every single one.
