Oh yeah, my all-time favorite show started with a new season. I'm not sure but I got the feeling they changed something (eg. new writers) it's still a good show, but it lost a bit of its "feel". Currently I'm working out around 3-5 times a week. And while I'm pretty happy about the workout progress in regards of the amount of weight I can lift - I'm not too happy about my body fat percentage. But I guess I can't expect a much better ratio, when I drink like a hole on the weekend and eat pizza/burgers like twice a week. Most of the women in our todays gallery, are in a much better shape.
