The headline might look a bit weird, but is pretty on point. I'm traveling due to work-related stuff and you might not believe it, but the hotel I'm staying at runs some kind of "protection software" on its Wifi, which prevents you to reach certain websites (porn), but also "dangerous downloads" (like every .exe file - no matter where it comes from). So yeah phun.org is blocked here...I had to download a VPN software (via a proxy url) so that I could even load the admin page. So now I'm browsing via a proxy in Germany, but the wifi was pretty slow to begin with and now it's almost unusable - that's why I had to opt for a different kind of update for today. I hope you won't mind it - as it's all BUTTS - which you liked the last time I wasn't able to do the regular update.
